Terms & Conditions
Nature of the Services: I provide metaphysical equine energy healing and psychic readings with energy work, to support your personal well-being. These sessions are complimentary and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice. The practitioner’s intuitive and psychic abilities, along with the energy healing techniques, are holistic tools designed to promote balance, insight, mental wellbeing and self-healing.
Practitioner and Equine Involvement: 
*The practitioner utilises intuitive and psychic abilities, as well as energy healing methods, to facilitate alignment and energetic balance.
*The horses involved in sessions are integral to the healing process and act as facilitators of energy exchange and emotional connection. Their presence supports the release of blockages and promotes harmony. 
Safety &Responsibility of the Participant: 
All participants must follow instructions from the practitioner and Malo Stables staff at all times.
Horses are living beings, unexpected behaviours may occur. Clients participate at their own risk.
Clients should inform the practitioner of any serious medical conditions, physical limitations, injuries, allergies, or mental-health concerns prior to the session. This information supports safety, comfort and the effectiveness of the energetic work.
*Medical Conditions: If you have any serious medical conditions, injuries, or mental health diagnoses, it is your responsibility to inform the practitioner prior to the session. This includes but is not limited to chronic illnesses, heart conditions, epilepsy, or any psychological conditions requiring professional treatment.
*Allergies: Please disclose any allergies, particularly those related to animals, hay or environmental factors that may be relevant during your session.
*Medications and Treatments: If you are currently undergoing medical or psychological treatment, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in energy healing sessions. 
Suitable clothing is required:
Closed footwear Comfortable clothing

Waiver of Liability: 
By participating in a session, you acknowledge and accept the following:
*Participation is entirely voluntary, and clients assume full responsibility for their own safety.
*The services provided are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or therapy.
*Results may vary and no specific outcomes or guarantees are made.
*The practitioner and hosting facility are not liable for any injury, illness or damages arising from participation in equine energy healing, psychic readings, or intuitive sessions.
*If you choose to alter or discontinue any prescribed medical treatments you do so at your own risk. 
*By attending, clients acknowledge that sessions involve interaction with horses and outdoor environments.​
Informed Consent: 
By attending a session, you acknowledge that:
You understand the nature of metaphysical equine energy healing and intuitive services. You voluntarily consent to participate in the session, recognising that the services are complementary in nature and not medical treatments. You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and treatment information to the practitioner. Results may vary, as each person and horse responds uniquely to energy and intuitive practices. No outcomes can be guaranteed. ​Thank you for choosing Metaphysical Equine Therapy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to address them before the session begins.
Payment
Payment is made in full prior to the session.  
Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy 
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience during your session. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies regarding late arrivals and cancellations: 
Late Arrivals: 
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other appointments scheduled after yours. The full session fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment, depending on availability, and cancellation fees may apply. 
Weather cancellation:
In cases of heavy rain, storms, unsafe ground conditions, or extreme weather, sessions may be postponed for the safety of clients and horses. If a session is cancelled due to weather, clients will be offered a rescheduled date within the programme period, or a credit toward a future session (if outside the programme dates). Weather cancellations are not refundable, but every effort will be made to reschedule.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: 
Payments are non-refundable, except where Metaphysical Equine Human Healing cancels the session. If the client cancels, fails to attend, or arrives late, no refund or partial refund will be issued. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) cannot be moved or refunded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy, as it helps us maintain a smooth and professional schedule for all clients. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. ​ 
Session Conduct
Each session consists of approximately:
1 hour equine-guided healing
1 hour reading revealing insights from the session
Clients must arrive 10–15 minutes early. Photography or video is allowed during the session if prior permission is given. Respect for horses, staff, and the environment is mandatory.
Use of Location
Malo Stables provides the venue and horses but does not conduct metaphysical or healing components. Clients must comply with all Malo Stables safety rules and stable etiquette. Damages caused to property or horses by negligent behaviour may be charged to the client.
​Photography and Videos
Some sessions may be photographed or filmed for documentation, promotion, and educational purposes. Participation in any photos or videos is always optional, and your comfort and privacy will be fully respected. Photography or video by clients is permitted during the session if prior permission is given. Respect for horses, staff, and the environment is mandatory. 
Right to refuse service
The practitioner reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue a session at any time if they observe or sense any behaviour, information, or circumstances that raise ethical concerns, safety concerns, or personal discomfort, or indicate that the session may not be appropriate for the individual. This includes, but is not limited to: behaviour that creates an unsafe environment. Actions or conduct that are threatening, inappropriate, or unsettling. Any information or impression that indicates the session should not proceed for ethical or safety reasons. The practitioner’s professional judgement that it is not suitable to begin or continue. In such cases, the practitioner may stop the session immediately, and no refund will be provided.
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or stop a session if: The client poses a safety risk, The client behaves disrespectfully or the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund will be issued in such cases.
